Why doesn’t the EFTPOS terminal not work while clicking on card payment on GoMenu POS?

Check the EFTPOS Terminal power cable is securely connected, and the power is on, try to unplug both sides of the cable and re-plug in again. Check if the information needed for setting up GoMenu POS matches the EFTPOS Terminal. If you do not know what information needed, please refer to the EFTPOS Setting.
